The ruling was made during a hearing on Thursday, Jan. 23, when Dulos appear before Judge Gary White in Stamford who revoked the work condition after he was seen on Friday, Jan. 17, removing items from the memorial for Jennifer Farber Dulos, who he is charged with killing.
Stamford State Attorney Richard Colangelo had asked for a modification to the conditions of Dulos' bond after he made the stop at the memorial near his home in Farmington.
White told Dulos' attorney Norm Pattis that another strike would result in the court raising the $6 million bond and doubling it to $12 million.
During the hearing, Dulos also pleaded not guilty to the charges of murder, kidnapping, and felony murder in connection with the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos in New Canaan on Friday, May 24, 2019.
Pattis also waived his client’s right to a probable cause hearing and has said he is asking for a speedy trial.
The judge made the ruling after Dulos had previously been warned about the battery running too low on the electronic GPS device that tracks his movements.
Jennifer Dulos was last seen on a nearby security camera at 8:05 a.m., returning to her New Canaan home after dropping off her children at school, an arrest warrant states.
Law enforcement officials believe that Dulos was lying in wait for his estranged wife and killed her when she returned home, the arrest warrants say.
Dulos is next scheduled to appear in court on Friday, Feb. 28.
